Retirement

To the community at large,

It is with some sadness but also circumstantial necessity that I retire the Tower of Water, and offer it unto the Coordinators to dispense of at their will.

Officially, thank you for your formal retirement notice. The Tower of Water will be offered in the upcoming All Ranks Tournament.
