While this challenge was not physically issued in front of me, it popped up on Tweeter on my phone, which was in front of me. Per Rule 7 of the 103rd Diamond Rules, I owe Eden Parker a drink or a pizza at the Outback.

Tonight we saw Jigglypuff, two-time holder of FireStar, face Eden Parker -- two-time challenger for the red Opal!

The first match started and ended with a trade, five fast and aggressive rounds that came out 5-2 in Eden's favor -- but they seemed to be a literal warm-up for Jigglypuff! She opened in the lead and kept it throughout the second match, closing it out 5-1 in six rounds, blasting Eden with a few heat waves and showing off one of FireStar's new powers -- the ability to summon fiends to help you fight!

In the third match Eden opened in the lead and kept a commanding lead until the seventh, when Jigglypuff caught up to only a point behind. But in the eighth round the challenger reclaimed her buffer, and closed it out with a trade in the tenth round, 5-3!

Well won, Eden, and well tried, Jigglypuff!
