Quest for MoonBeryl!

The Winds of Change are blowing this Spring as we embark on a Quest for Moonberyl!

Brawlers interested in claiming this famed Opal are invited on a quest over the next two weeks, from open of dueling April 28 until the close of dueling May 11th!

What is this quest, you may ask? The terms are simple! Prove your skill in all things Fists and you just might come out the newest holder of the Yellow Opal!

For the next two weeks, embark on a hunt of varying achievement that highlights your abilities at hand-to-hand combat in the ring. Performing certain tasks, fights, and/or combinations of strategies will net you points in the contest here! For example, fighting a duel in a DoF-special ring will net you a point while besting a Fists team member will grant you seven points!

Whoever has the most points at the end of the quest period shall be deemed the winner and new holder of MoonBeryl. In the event of a tie (depending on how many people tie), either a best of three winner-take-all match will determine the grand prize or a mini, invitational tournament will be held.

See below for points. Leave a note or recording on this notice for points to count, and all points must be accounted for by the end of dueling on Sunday May 12th.

7 points - Beat the Best (defeat any DoF Staff member, one time only overall) or successfully land a feint spinkick

5 points - Wall of Strength

3 points - complete any of the following: Show Off, I Have No Legs, Look Ma No Hands, Unorthodoxed, Chump Toss, Fuc’d Up, or win a slugfest duel in under 5 rounds

2 points - successful defensive conversion or win a slugfest duel

1 point - Duel in DoF special rings (2 per day), win a duel, or fight 3 duels

If you are confused on any of them, feel free to contact any DoF Staff member for clarification. This tournament runs from April 28th - May 11th (inclusive) but only duels fought during the open dueling period of 8pm-2am ET will count toward achievements. List any achievements here as a reply to this post. Utilize the same type of format as you would for requesting achievements in that folder, including proof/date/time etc of when you earned them. ))
