Des and a quiet man called Damien were seen at the Red Dragon's Inn this day before the evening meal.

Des is so full of energy! It is also thought that, sometimes, his ways are very different than others met before. Pharlen sent him to bring foods for this one's stoneground cellar. So much was given that it is will last the rest of the dying season! The trade for this was to mend some quilts for Pharlen, Des said. It is thought to a good trade!

The Red Dragon's Inn was not visited this night. There was much to be done at the house north of RhyDin's walls.

Thoughts were on friends and strangers this night. And the places visited recently to watch others in the rings play at fighting. It reminded this heart of the strong, fierce warriors in Llothgar. There are times the homelands are missed so badly that this heart aches. It is a very different place than these lands of RhyDin. But RhyDin has been a home now for years and there is no need or want to return to Llothgar to live and stay.

Trygg's feet need to be seen to. He will be taken to the livery by the inn tomorrow for this. There is not wish for him to become tenderfoot or worse.

What a wonderful night this was!

The hour is late, but words need to be put to these pages.

Tasslehofl was seen again this night. Many have always just called him Tass. A heart was light and happy when he came to sit by the fire's hearth to rest and talk a while. There is a little worry that his own heart is not well right now. He seemed to hurt still from Kitty. It can only be guessed by what he says. But much is said without saying a word.

It was very good to see him speak with Colleen and others he knows. A soul keeps healthy and alive when visiting with those known to a person.

Reiko was there. She tried to warn of Tasslehofl's flirting, but this is known and eyes have seen this many times before. She apologized and then gave him a kiss on his cheek. It is thought that no apology was needed since he steals kisses of others often!

Time spent with Tass was very good. Though he seemed sad somehow, a tempered person than who he used to be, it was thought a good passing of time with him in company. He was shown to Trygg at the livery last night and talk of wine and horses was had before paths parted to head for homes.

There is hope that he is seen again in the inn and other places. It is thought it might lighten his heart to be around others.

These words to paper before sleep is taken.

More and more the strangers coming into the Red Dragon's Inn are becoming familiar to these eyes. Most are still unknown and a guess can only be made that alot have travelled into the lands while this one's own company was kept to this home or to the shoppes. A few think that this one is new to the lands, but it is not the truth.

Des was seen again. He brought the blankets for mending, as it was said that he would. A girl was met named Maggie. It is certain eyes have seen her before, but it has been a long while's time.

Tasslehofl was seen again. He did not smile as much this night but there was relief to see that smile when he did. Often he calls himself old, but it not what is seen of him atall. A handsome one carrying the weight of loss. This heart knows it very well for self. As he says he is old, he must see this face and form as nothing more than a child.

He was drinking something named Sid's Absinthe. To just hear the name brought sadness and happiness, all at once. Sid is missed greatly and remembered as strong, full of energy and fun. It is hoped that she is well.

Talk of mending with Tass and learning new things was before talk of this form's learning to dance. He said he would like to see that dancing. This heart nearly stopped when he said this! Only three outside of the homelands have ever been dances for. There is happiness to know that the caravan woman, Althrae had taught dances and given dance silks for this kind of things. There was thankfulness that the hour was late. Practice must be had before daring a dance for him. Imagination of failing at this worries these thoughts. So, practice must be had. Alot of it! What kind of dance and which colorful garments of silk to wear? These will be thought on, too.

Sleep is needed now. Much for the doing with the break of tomorrow's night to day.

In one of the trunks here at the old cottage home are the gifts from Althrae. She is a friend who travels with a caravan throughout all of RhyDin's lands. When teaching these feet and form to dance, Althrae was very strong with making certain that dance was learned and some of her older dancing dresses and silks were gifted. Dark and light blue, black and red, fiery yellow with orange. Two sets of bells sewn well to fingerstraps. And little bells and chains to decorate hair with.

These have all been looked at when the day was done and a visit with the butcher and his wife to eat a dinner was done.

Blues of different shades makes this heart smile. These might be the ones to wear for a dance, if paths cross again and the gods allow for that wonderful chance!

Oh! An elf was seen this night on the road's way home. He was not like many that are in the lands here. He seemed like a crown should be on his brow. There was a slowness to him, but not of old age but like water moving over rocks nicely in the spring. He spoke nothing but nodded and walked across the path Trygg is ridden home.

Perhaps he will be seen again and maybe a name can be asked. Mayhaps he was lost? It is not known.

Now to sew hand a few herbs and salt the meats before a hot bath. The hour is late but sleep is not near yet this night!

The hour is very late, but just a few words to these pages.

This night Pharlen was seen. She has with her one of the created items of glass and newmetal. A phone, ears have heard it called. It was allowed to see some of the paintings of timekeepers until the darkness of the item winked the view of the images away.

A new patron was in the inn this nigh. She has horns and tail that remind of someone from years ago when first this realm was ventured to with Master Kiroth.

A lot of work was had this day and sleep overtook mending and any chance of company until a sound on the third of the inn's levels boomed like thunder that was unexpected!

Sleep will be tried for again.

Practice at bow and arrows was done this day.

A few hit their mark, but two did not. The gift of the bow from a good friend and these hands have yet to work it better than it sometimes making its mark.

Something in the woods here at the clearing frightened the birds while practicing the bow. It was not expected and the cord of the bow hit hard to this cheek and hand. There is already a bruise to each. But the pain has started to fade.

There is wonder and a heart is a little troubled with wanting to know what could have frightened the birds like that.

More time will be spent in RhyDin's city tomorrow. One of the bakers in the city has become a friend. Her name is Delvoena and is the one helped when the her cart's wheel was stuck the other day. She will be visited after the butcher's wife, Lauria.

Almost forgotten! A letter from Althrae was in a mail cubby at the Red Dragon's Inn for this name. The caravan will be in the higher lands when winter fades and spring come. Perhaps we can dance again. She is very graceful and pretty. It is said by many. That is looked forward to.

What a wonderful time had this day!

Reiko and Gavel were seen in the Red Dragon's inn. A lot of noise and happenings in the early evening. Gavel was seen with five others. One of them had impressive horns!

And Tasslehofl was there. Time was spent and more talking with him. It is, perhaps, more talking and time spent ever in his company over the years. Truth is known that he is a very busy person. He said he helped give new life and purpose to books and papers. These things have never been thought of as having feelings or being so terribly abused that they would need such help.

More and more, it is thought as Tasslehofl's spirits seem to be lighter with each day that he will heal some from the pain. Some might not have noticed, but these eyes have.

A kiss was stolen by him. A kiss to this right cheek! It is probably truth that he will always see..me as a child since he always calls himself old. That much is truly believed. That kiss was to heal a bruise on this face and one this right hand from the little bit of harm that came from startling while practicing with the bow. A kiss to cure! This occupied thoughts for a long time this day. Not a word will be breathed to any other Llothgarian of it. They will think him Dark without further proof!

But there are many, many others that could steal not a kiss from him, but his heart. What a wonderful thought! That much is hoped for the most...that he will find a reason the really smile without worry of the pain and that his path is not walked alone for too much longer. These eyes will be open and watching. Perhaps someone can be found for him to magick that broken pieces of his heart, to heal and repair it.

There is thought to have been a mistake on this one's part this today with him. He was leaned against. Only a hug was meant, but a heart was at rest about him that a lean was enjoyed until it was realized it should not have been done at all. His pain should have been considered more. Respect will be offered more to him next he is seen and keep a little distance. There is no wish to add to any pains when only peace and happiness is wished for him.

Enough words to these pages! Delvoena said colored sugars are in the relam and breads with sweet cream inside of them with the colored sugar on top will be made for many, many people within the realm for a holiday she said called Marty Graw. These hands will help her with the baking but it has to very earlier -- hours before the dawn!

The butcher and his wife came to this house to eat this night.

It was time for these hands to offer a meal to them, for all their kindnesses. Lauria brought baked apples in a sugar sauce.
Meats, rice, bread and baked apples. When it was worried that it was a simple meal, Lauria laughed and said she enjoys simpler things.

When speaking, Lauria said was talk of gargoyles and other creatures running loose and tearing things up. She said ..I am to be careful and never travel too far alone. A promise was made to her on that.

The elf was seen again. It is thought he was seen. Half light of dawn makes things a bit harder to tell, but eyes are sure it was him.
Tall, thin and his grace reminds of a king. He must be an elf. Pointed ears, handsome face, and not surprised to see this one atall.

It is thought possible that he might have spooked the birds to flee the branches. Maybe they heard a noise, but these ears remembered no sounds from him the two times he has been seen. A heart is not even certain his feet met the ground to make any sound!

Perhaps he is lost. Perhaps his path travels across the very one Trygg is ridden to and from RhyDin on.

Years here and some things, many many things are still not known or understood. It is possible the truth is that one must be born here to truly know it.

A wonderful thing was seen this night when coming back from visiting the butcher and his wife. Falling stars were seen! Many, many of them!

Two times before, they have been seen. It was very cold, but worth being outside for eyes to see.

A kitten was found earlier this day. It was half frozen in the snow and not moving. A heart worried that she was dead but she was seen moving a little. This night has been spent at this home, keeping the very little kitten warm and trying to get her to drink some milks. If the gods will it and she lives, a name will be given to her and a home.

The heat of the season is too much for this form lately. Cool waters of the nearby river have been waded into but little relief it found.

It is known that ice is found inside the great city of RhyDin. Perhaps a visit in a few day's time to have some.

A visit to the city has not been made other than to the marketplace after travel was made to Llothgar.

Soon.

Trygg must know that these thoughts of going back into the city were had. He prances about the area ready to run.

It is thought to take him for a ride along the furthermost, eastern coast of this land. Openness....the sea air and run on the beach's sands might help.

Late last night, by the light of both of RhyDin's moons, a larger dragon and two smaller ones were seen through the break of the great, old trees here at this home. One could not be certain, but one looked red and the others seemed darker like brown or black. By the shape of silhouettes they seemed like the ancients ones, the ones who never had the power of speech. But this is a guess. One of those in the city will be asked about this.

What a joyous day! A heart was so light with a run with Trygg along the eastern sands. He is starting to get older, one can tell, but it did not slow him this day. More often, he will be taken to ride alongside the waters. It is thought to do both our hearts well and good with this.

**

A noise was heard this night, after the eleventh hour. Torches of this home's yard showed no one but it is thought perhaps someone or something deep in these ancient woods is moving through them. The owl does not seem bothered though. He hoots along as is his way.
