Avocado-Peach Salsa
grilled peaches, avocados, and jalapeños, fresh tomatoes, onion, cilantro,

Pork Belly Burnt Ends
spice-rubbed, pecan-smoked cubes glazed in honey barbecue sauce

Green Bean Fries
oven-fried, with a seasoned panko-parmesan coating
served with homemade ranch dressing






MAINS

Beef Brisket
rubbed with spices, injected with garlic butter, and smoked until tender

Baby Back Ribs
rubbed with spices, glazed with sweet and spicy barbecue sauce, and smoked until tender

Vegan Brisket
barbecue-spiced seitan braised in marsala and stock, then finished on the grill
glazed in sweet and spicy barbecue sauce

Vegan Pulled Pork
roasted and shredded jackfruit with caramelized onions, spices, and smoky barbecue sauce


A variety of homemade sauces will be available to accompany the main dishes, including honey barbecue,
bourbon peach, sweet and spicy Carolina, and mango-habanero hot sauce, in addition to other
condiments such as bread and butter pickles, dill spears, and sweet pickled onions.

Grilled Summer Vegetables
sweet peppers, zucchini, squash, cherry tomatoes, onion, and asparagus

and little bit of whiskey

Brioche Dinner Rolls
freshly baked, served with honey butter

homemade lemonade blended with whiskey and sweetened with blackberry simple syrup
with fresh blackberries and rosemary to garnish

Blackberry Peach Lemonade
homemade lemonade blended with blackberry puree and peach nectar
with fresh sliced peaches, lemons, and blackberries


In addition to the above drinks, there will also be plenty of Badsider, iced tea,
and sparkling water available.

Tonight saw Kruger face Sal for the right to take home PathFinder!

The first match was a tight one, opening with a mutual scoring and then both men kept it to either a tie or a 1-point lead for the whole duel! Wd hit Sudden Death in Round 7--with Kruger's tens of thousands of fans providing the sound effects--then went to 5-5 the next round and held it there for two more until Sal got the winning 6th point in Round 11!

Kruger opened the second match with a quick evasion of Sal's punch. Sal got on the board when they traded kicks to make it 2-1 in the second round, but then Kruger took the score and ran with it, getting to 4-1 in Round 5. Sal was down but not out, and after a breather round he started a comeback in Round 7, scoring 4 points in a row to win it 5-4 in the 10th!
